Open Position: Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality software and ensuring seamless user experiences across systems.

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality by implementing robust testing practices and collaborating closely with development and business teams.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Define and implement quality control measures, including entry and exit criteria, acceptance criteria, and P1/P2/S1/S2 validations

  • Ensure strong test coverage while tracking and minimizing defect slippage through effective metrics

  • Design and author detailed functional test cases aligned with business and technical requirements

  • Follow structured testing processes and contribute to continuous quality improvement using established metrics

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or Java, with hands-on experience in Selenium and BDD frameworks (Python as the primary language)

  • Perform end-to-end testing, including API testing and database validation, to ensure system reliability

  • Work within Agile development environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Use industry-standard tools such as Cucumber, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and JIRA to manage testing activities
