Open Role: Quality Engineer

We are currently hiring for the role of Quality Engineer, ideal for candidates with a strong interest in software testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Implement quality controls including entry/exit criteria, acceptance criteria, and validation metrics (P1/P2/S1/S2)

  • Strong understanding of test coverage and defect leakage/slippage metrics

  • Design and write functional test cases

  • Knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and metrics

  • Automation scripting using Python or Java (Primary language: Python)

  • Experience with Selenium and BDD frameworks

  • Perform End-to-End (E2E), API, and database testing

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology

  • Hands-on experience with tools like:

    • Cucumber

    • GitHub

    • Jenkins

    • Azure DevOps (ADO)

    • JIRA

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
