Open Role: Quality Engineer
We are currently hiring for the role of Quality Engineer, ideal for candidates with a strong interest in software testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Implement quality controls including entry/exit criteria, acceptance criteria, and validation metrics (P1/P2/S1/S2)
Strong understanding of test coverage and defect leakage/slippage metrics
Design and write functional test cases
Knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and metrics
Automation scripting using Python or Java (Primary language: Python)
Experience with Selenium and BDD frameworks
Perform End-to-End (E2E), API, and database testing
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Hands-on experience with tools like:
Cucumber

Jenkins
Azure DevOps (ADO)
JIRA
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
